• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by giving at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, illness, or material delays.

Due to the custom nature of our products and services, refunds are not generally offered unless a product is faulty or workmanship is proven to be below standard.
