  • Validity of Quotes: All quotes are valid for a specified period, typically 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, we reserve the right to revise the quote.

  • Changes to Scope: Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work after a quote has been accepted may result in adjustments to the cost and timeline. We will communicate any such changes and seek your approval before proceeding.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure your installation date. The deposit amount will be specified in your quote.

  • Payment Schedule: The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the installation, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed in your invoice.

4. Installation Process

  • Exclusions: Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, normal wear and tear, or alterations made by third parties.

6. Your Responsibilities

  • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your property, stairs, and any specific requirements.

  • Property Access: Ensuring safe and clear access for our team and equipment.

  • Home Environment: Maintaining a suitable environment for the installation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the total amount paid by you for those services.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Customer Cancellation: If you need to cancel an agreed-upon installation, please notify us as soon as possible. The initial non-refundable deposit will be retained to cover administrative and planning costs. Further cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period and materials ordered.

  • Our Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone an installation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately and work with you to reschedule at your earliest convenience.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mr. Stair Panelling or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
